Merchandise will leave our store within 24 hours of order placement.
USPS Priority Mail orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $6. Free shipping on all orders of $150 or more within the continental United States. Packages should arrive 2-3 days after they are shipped. Shipping through USPS provides no tracking or insurance.
If you would like package tracking, please choose the UPS option. These packages will be shipped UPS 3 Day Select for a flat rate of $12.
We will gladly ship your package overnight. Please contact us by telephone or email if you would prefer overnight shipping, or if you would like your package shipped through another carrier.
Local Pickup
If you live in the area, you also have the option of placing your order online and picking up the merchandise yourself at our Alberta Street store. Just choose the “Local Pickup” option on the shipping menu, and your order will be available for pickup during normal store hours.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your new clothes. If for any reason you want to return the items you have bought, we would be happy to credit your account. Items must be received within 15 days of the ship date. Clothes must be returned in new condition with all tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.
